Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping rates based on your location. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
- United State: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status using the tracking link provided in the email.

Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. International Shipping
For international orders, please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your location. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Casual Friday Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
