Mental Health First Aid

the skills to help, for anyone who wants to be ready.

Most of us know what to do if someone has a heart attack. Far fewer know how to respond when someone is having a panic attack or quietly struggling. MHFA changes that. Our classes are open to everyone, with a special focus on golf course teams and clubs.

  • Taught by a National Council–certified instructor
  • Open to individuals, workplaces, and community groups
  • Public classes, or private trainings wherever you are. We’ll travel to you.
