Beyond the mental side, golf naturally supports physical well-being through movement, walking, and time spent outdoors - all of which play a meaningful role in overall health.

Continuing to Grow

Today, our work turns that belief into action.

We offer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training to individuals, teams, and communities - equipping people with the skills to recognize signs of mental health challenges and respond with confidence, care, and appropriate support.

Alongside this, we use our platform to talk openly about mental health both on and off the golf course, helping normalize conversations that are too often overlooked.

As we continue to grow, we’re exploring even more ways to make mental and physical wellness accessible through golf, education, and community.
